Future International Shipping

We may expand shipping to additional international destinations at our discretion. Availability, shipping methods, pricing, and delivery times may vary by destination.

Restricted & Prohibited Destinations

Due to legal, regulatory, logistical, or fraud-prevention reasons, we do not ship to the following countries or regions:

Crimea and other sanctioned or embargoed regions
Nigeria
Ghana
Pakistan
Bangladesh
Indonesia
India
Russia
Venezuela
Most African countries (except where explicitly enabled in the future)

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays and is separate from shipping transit time. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Important: Delivery timeframes shown at checkout reflect carrier transit time only and do not include order processing time.

We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout.

Carrier selection (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available carriers) is determined at our discretion based on destination, service level, and logistics.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)

Canada

  • Standard International: 6–10 business days (after processing)
  • Express International: 2–4 business days (after processing)

Shipping rates are flat and displayed at checkout.

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD
  • Express Shipping: $24.99
  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $250 USD

Canada

  • Standard International: $14.99
  • Free Standard International Shipping on orders over $150 USD
  • Express International: $29.99
  • Free Express International Shipping on orders over $300 USD

5. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates are subject to carrier systems and availability.

 

6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

  • No mention of lingerie or product contents on the shipping label
  • The sender name on shipping labels will appear as SH Fulfillment

Your privacy is always respected.

 

7. Customs, Duties & International Fees

For international orders, including Canada, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees.

Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being abandoned or returned. In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable and no refund will be issued for abandoned packages.

 

8. Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control.

Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages

Once a carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

 

9. Shipping Fees & Returns

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and should be reviewed prior to purchase.
