Refund policy
Sinner Heaven Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only. Late returns will not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit:
- Defective or damaged items: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Non-defective returns (accessories, bras, robes, etc.): Refunds will be issued as store credit via Shopify gift card, redeemable on future purchases.
- Refunds or store credit will only be processed after the returned item is received and verified.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
- All lingerie covering the crotch area (panties, thongs, bodysuits with crotch coverage) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- All other items, including bras, bralettes, robes, and accessories, are eligible for return if unused and in original condition.
Exchanges:
- No exchanges or partial refunds. Refunds only (cash or store credit as described above).
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
- We will replace the item if in stock. If replacement is unavailable, a refund to the original payment method will be issued.
Inspection & Abuse Prevention:
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear used, worn, tampered with, or otherwise ineligible.
- Any attempt to circumvent this policy (wearing, laundering, or misrepresenting a product) will result in denied refund or store credit.
Important Notes:
- By purchasing, customers acknowledge that most intimate items covering the crotch are final sale.
- Store credit issued for non-defective returns must be used within 12 months.
